This Swiss independent and family-owned brand is heavily inspired by the music industry and has spent nearly five decades paying homage to musicians, bands and music venues through its watches. 

The business was started by Mr Raymond Weil himself in 1976. This was a turbulent time for the watch industry; quartz was on the rise and making many traditional mechanical watchmakers nervous. Fortunately, Raymond Weil wasn’t afraid to take the leap and create his own vision for Swiss-made watches that suited the new status quo.
